Condition is Pre-owned. Only worn once to an event for a few hours. Beautiful black knee length dress with belt. Side zip closure. I’m 6’ tall and it hits just above the knee. Will probably be just below the knee on most people. Measures 43” long from shoulder to bottom of skirt. Chest measures 19” across. Waist measures 27” across.
