Blue charmeuse satin and black mesh with silver caviar beading border embellishments. Dress is a size 10 and unaltered except for the addition of bra cups, which are easily removed. Flat measurements: Bust: 17" Waist: 14.5" Hips: 22" (pleated, so could fit larger) Shoulder to hem: 42" Worn several times and always carefully cleaned after. Perfect, like-new condition.
