This dress originally comes with tulle on the inside (see picture) for a ball gown effect, but I had it hemmed out. The length was also hemmed. I am 5” had this hemmed just above my heel / floor line but I changed into flip flops after photos. THIS DRESS NEEDS TO BE DRY CLEANED. See images.
