Worn once size 6, no alterations done. Fairly true to size, it doesn't stretch so keep in mind. Long gown, I'm 5"7 and with the regular length I wore 4 1/2" heels and it was perfect without hemming.

lacloset101 @kbehrndt I just slipped some cups in (not sewn in) and it was ok for me, I’m a 32DDD/34DD size. I wouldn’t say it holds you up a lot on its own but the coverage is decent. I would wear with something under but it’s not too bad on its own.
