This is a David’s Bridal Petticoat with added crystal appliqués. This is brand new and never worn WITHOUT tags. It is without tags because petticoat’s at David’s Bridal are final sale so they remove the tag so it can’t be returned. Was supposed to use it for engagement photos but went with something different. The added crystals are high quality and do sparkle and they were expensive. I had the crystal appliqué’s added on by a seamstress which wasn’t cheap. This is an A LINE petticoat. Can be used for weddings, photoshoots, birthdays etc. Can fit an XS - SMALL
