Ruffle detail from shoulder to chest. Beautiful chiffon flowy fabric with pleats at bust. Size 4 and it’s professionally dry cleaned after I wore it once to my sister’s wedding. I bought it new directly from David’s Bridal. Comes from non smoking no pets home Full length from HPS to hem is 59”. Chest across measures at 15.5” Empire waist at 13.75” To give a bit of context, I’m 5’7” and 34C bust.
