Alterations: taken in slightly at butt and hemmed. Originally a strapless, I added straps which you can keep or cut, the boning for strapless still there! Some underarm staining not visible when wearing, and dirt at the bottom hem. Alternatively could make a great Sailor Moon cosplay ;)

jermansushi Yes for sale! I can take more specifics at home, but I am 5'1" in height and wore 3" heels in this. I wear a 34dd bra, and a 0 or small in skirts and shorts for my butt. Please let me know what else you want me to take.

jermansushi @lee_salv21 Yes it is still for sale, the only part of the dress that was altered was the seams over my butt were taken in just a little bit. I can try to measure the circumference at the hip, but because of the A line style it wasn't very fitted or tight. It was hemmed I am 5'1" and wore 3" heels with it. My bust is a 34DD, my waist about the same as yours.
