David's Bridal lace top off shoulder bridesmaid dress - cinnamon

Purchased this to wear as a bridesmaid, just had it dry cleaned (as shown in picture) and a change was made to the wedding colors so I had to buy another dress. There is a very small snag that it is not noticable but shown in the one picture. As stated just dry-cleaned and no alterations were made per the woman I had bought it from. I have included the sizing chart from David's Bridal website and feel they are accurate.
