David's Bridal strapless homecoming dress- size 5

Blue strapless homecoming dress. Size 5! The skirt has a "horsehair" hem, making it not just stick to your sides. Stays up well. I am about 5'7" for photo reference. Worn once to a dance and I didn't have to pull it up all the time which was different for a strapless dress! I love this dress but have no reason to wear it again.. Perfect for homecoming 2017 :)
