Reposhing this item I purchased. Loved it, but just needed it for a wedding. I am 5’3 and had it hemmed for 1/2” block heels and sewed the straps on, but the top is convertible and straps can be removed. It is dry cleaned and I live in a smoke free home. Questions? Leave a comment below!
