Very cute dress Perfect for homecoming or any formal event One piece, connected at the front, back hs a beautiful “butterfly” type back around the shoulders, and elastic skirt. Measures about 13.5” unstretched at waist Bust roughly 32” to 34” could stretch to 36” but that’s pushing it! One tiny blemish on back of skirt, haven’t tried to tide pen it or anything, but not very noticeable!
