lydia05florida @scar4smith Using the elastic strap under the ruffle at the shoulder, it’s approximately 55” (with the garment flat). I can offer $50 so you can have it altered to fit perfectly!

scar4smith @lydia05florida Hi Lydia, thanks for your quick responses. sorry mine haven't been as quick. I researched what size I would need in this brand and it's a 4. Don't know if alterations would be possible and not change the appearance.

scar4smith @lydia05florida thank you. I was so excited to find it. Most of the formal dresses, I wear an 8 or 10. I was surprised and very sad when I looked up the measurements.

lydia05florida @amclamb1969 Yes, the hem was altered and the shoe had a 2” heel. However, the dress does not sit on the shoulder as it’s worn off shoulder so there’s a little wiggle room there, as well as more curves would also alter the length.
