Daytrip peacock blouse very delicately beautiful

Very beautiful blouse with accents of peacocks and flowers, it’s very delicate and very very pretty. It has an elastic waist it is very lightweight fabric, it’s it’s just at the hips, it has elastic at the wrists to create a little bit of a ruffle effect. Worn only once. It is a buckle brand. It is a size small but I wear a medium so I think either a small or a medium person could wear it
