This is a buckle piece. Their clothing tends to run on the smaller side/junior size. I have ran into this in the last when listing. Buckle lists it all as same women/junior sizes... so if you’re a frequently flier at the buckle you’ll understand.

What is the length? Can you post pictures of what it looks like on a person? And post a picture of the back and a close up of the detail on the sleeves? Are those beads or just hole areas?
