Glittery top, cap sleeves, and ruching across the chest. Bottom hem has soft, elegant cuts/angles; it is not a straight cut. Made in the USA. Size is XL but might fit a Medium/Large. It stretches quite a bit. Color in photos look silvery black but dominant color is actually metallic blue. It does drop a few specks of glitter. Fabric stretches. Flat measurements: Shoulder to hem = 27 inches; Pit to Pit = 19 inches. Cap sleeve: top = 4-1/2 inches; bottom = 1-1/4 inches.

happiseller @nayoj1 HI Nayonna. Sorry for the delay in responding. Measurements are flat and from shoulder to bottom hem = 27 inches; from pit to pit = 19 inches. Cap sleeve measurement: top of sleeve = 4-1/2 inches; bottom of sleeve = 1-1/4 inches. It has spandex in the material so it does stretch a little. Please let me know if you have more questions.
