Dazzling party dress!

Adorable blue party dress blue sequins on top gathered skirt feels like taffeta. I believe I wore it one time maybe twice. its hand wash only ...very easy and dries well. It’s a size 11/12. waist is about 30 inches. The back has a zipper and it also laces up at the top. I’m including two matching headbands that are brand new they would look super cute with ponytails. Dress from top to bottom is approximately 25 inches
