De Grazia set of 4 clear glasses "Children From the Southwest."
De Grazia lived from 1909 - 1982 and to some, Ettore "Ted" De Grazia was somewhat of an eccentric in his age of uncertainty and unreason. Behind his philosophical sense of justice was a man of purpose with feelings for the common man. He painted his round-eyed Indian Children, whose innocence was an inspiration to the common man around the world.
De Grazia served his apprenticeship in the 1940's in Mexico City under the renowned masters of Mexican Art, Jose Clemente Orozco and Diego Rivera.
The glasses are in MINT condition. Each glass measures: 5 1/2 inches in height and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
These glasses are from the 70's
