(please read below for size details) Waist laying flat approx.: 15in Skort length approx.: 19in This pleated skort is semi-stretchy but still structured. Super comfortable, swingy, and flattering. It has satin-lined side pockets, a hidden zip, and button closure. It seems to run a bit small for an XL and would optimally fit someone with a waist measurement between 30 - 32 inches (it does allow for some stretch). I would definitely keep this if my waist could accommodate...so sad. My loss, your gain! I probably wore this all of 3x, hand-washed cold and dried flat. Offers welcome!
