Deans of Scotland vintage wool skirt. 100% pure new wool wrap skirt. Pleated back with a buckle strap closure on each side, fringe front. Made in Scotland. Very minor wear. Navy, green, yellow, and red plaid. Size 10 Flat measurements length 31" the waist is somewhat adjustable. The dress form is a size 10/12 and this fits her well. Dress form measurements are in my meet the posher listing.
