This is an adorable formal or semi-formal short dress size 3. It is made by Dear Moon and came from Dillard's. It has only been worn once. It is a solid satin with a sheer overlay with beautiful overlay with Gold Glitter and a gemstone waist line. Measurements- Shoulder to bottom 29.5, waist- 12in, back to bottom 24in.
