Some looks as if the finish is wearing off, but then when I tried to rub, the finish is fixed, so perhaps this is an intentional style? (It is!) It is gorgeous! Some wear to the gold tone on the clasp. Sold as is. 14 inches includes the extender. Up to 14.5 but beyond that it will not fit you.
