This sweater is from Macys. Its a cowl neck with Dolman sleeves and they are about 3/4 in length. I would wear it with a long sleeve t shirt underneath or you can go without. it runs big as it it a size small and I wear a large in most fashion. im 165 and 5'4. its a very soft and comfortable sweater
