Debbie Shuchat watercolor print top with Kimono Sleeves and Tie at Waist

Soft slightly sheer top in light blue watercolor print. Kimono sleeves but fitted at waist with peplum base. Has invisible zipper closure in back and wide attached sash at waist. This was originally a tunic but had been shortened to a feminine top with 24” length back center neck to hem. No care tag, probably removed when shortened. Material feels like a soft cotton or rayon.
