Debra Martin Black dress with peach flowers & swag tie front Size 14

Debra Martin Dress wrap & tie skirt front, black with orange & red flowers, back buttons. has a scoop neck and sleeveless. The size is missing but I would say its a 14, Measures: Chest: 39" Waist: 35" but can be adjusted with the tie front. Comes just to the knee. Please see my pictures #3
