Deby Debo grey rust polka dots peasant pleated button front blouse, size small

This grey collared Deby Debo button up blouse has a copper rust color tiny polka dot pattern. The front chest has narrow tuxedo pleats and the back has one main center pleat. The waist is loose and widens toward the hips. Cuffs have one button each. Size small. Slightly transparent. Fiber tag has been removed. Probably polyester or rayon. Flaws: * lots of general overall pilling * 1/2" of stitching is loose near bottom of front button placket (circled in last picture) Measurements: *shoulder to shoulder: 15.25" *underarm to underarm: 21.75" *underarm to cuff: 16" *nape of neck to hem: 24" *bottom hem laid flat: 26.5" Freshly laundered and ready to wear.
