Decorative Lightweight Blouse with Ties

I dont know what brand or designer there are no tags. Its at least a 1x or 2x size. It has decorative beaded ties to make a bow or you can leave them hanging. The sleeves have elastic gathers and the material has some decorative beading as well. Its sheer material so you may want something like a camisol under it.
