Decree Accordion Pleat Maxi Dress

This dress is new without tags. It was purchased in the dress department at JC Penney. This dress is absolutely beautiful. It is a lovely shade of orange. This dress could fit anyone from size 10-16. I'm a size 16 and it fits me perfectly. This dress would be lovely for a summer wedding or any function that requires a long beautiful gown. This dress is free flowing, which I love. The dress has a mini slip underneath that goes to the knee.
