Decree Army green vest with gems on the collar Size XL

This is like new I only wore a couple of times army style vest which has jewels on the collar, it zips up and also has snaps. It is 100% cotton mid-length vest and is prefect for any season you can wear with a short sleeve shirt, turtle neck or even a hoodie.
