Decree Little Black Dress with Back Cutouts

Size XS mini dress from Decree. Black with short sleeves. Modest front coverage but the back crosses to create several cut outs. Back of the waist is elastic. 95% cotton and 5% spandex so fabric has a good amount of stretch. One small loose thread I noticed but otherwise really great used condition. PTP is 15 relaxed and will stretch past 19 Waist 10.5 relaxed and stretches to 14.5 Length 30.5
