Decree blouse

This is a very cute floral blouse. It has been worn a few times and is still in good condition. It also does have a bit tighter material around the waist. I don’t remember how much i paid for this blouse but based on what I looked at on jcpenny it was probably around 20 dollars. This blouse has floral print and has no stains. I will take any reasonable offers.
