Decree blue turquoise pink floral cold shoulder dress with halter neck tie sz XS

Lovely floral dress of girly cute pastel turquoise/blue, pink, and white. From Decree which is a basic department store brand. Off the shoulder / cold shoulder straps with halter tie and a zipper.Size XS—refer to the photos for measurements and how it fits. The pink cardigan featured in my pics is also available on my store. Polyester so the outside is not super soft to the touch, and the sizing is somewhat restrictive. I’m now a 28” waist and can’t get it on again LOL. * colors may vary slightly due to the way my camera uses white balance. I’ve done my absolute best to make them true to life in editing.
