Decree romper

This black romper is great for work or going out. Very comfortable and flattering. Button closure and step in design. Rise is 29 inches from top of the shoulder to the crotch, inseam is 14 inches, waist lying flat and on stretched is 12 inches, there is elastic in the waist. EUC- no flaws.
