Decree sweater

Decree sweater has navy blue and green Hughes running through it. It has a large Cowell neck so you could wear it over the shoulders if you wanted and short sleeves, it also has a belt made out of the same sweater material. This can be worn as a dress however it would be short on most or you could wear it as a top over leggings. Only worn once great material, comfy!
