This beautiful little Royal Blue Fitted DEE ELLY Dress by FRANCESCA'S is absolutely stunning! It is brand new, never worn before, but lost the tag somewhere when I moved. I purchased it for a wedding that got cancelled and never got to use it. It is sleeveless, has a V neck collar, and back zipper closing. But BEST of all... an adorable embroidery line just above the hemline. I purposely placed something white in the pictures so you can see the embroidery artwork. It's made of stretchy fabric: Polyester/Spandex to make it really comfortable. You can use your nice sandals for the evening or your favorite pumps for daytime.
