Dee + Ely Blue Flowered Maxi Dress

Full length dark navy blue dress with white flowers. Features a thigh-high slit, keyhole twisted sweetheart neckline and a tie back. Fabric is a light satin feel. Size is Small, but it felt more like an Extra-Small to me. It was tight fighting for me (5' 5" 123lbs 26in waist, 36 in hips, 35 in bust). Originally bought from Vici Collective, never been worn.
