Deep Blue Formal Strapless Dress - Blondie Nites

Incredible condition - the skirt is pretty thick with the layers of tinsel but easy to move around in - the dress was worn once for a prom. It has a couple of marks on the inside of the bust area. I can ship and it’ll come with the original bag! Says size 3 but fits more like a 4/5. The waist is 13 inches, bust is 14.5 inches, and length is 51 inches.
