goodcents flat bust measurement and length please?

mileenabctobe @goodcents I don't have a tape measure at the moment, but I'm 5'2 and wore 4-5 inch wedges with it. I'm a D/DD cup size, but the back is elastic, so it can fit much smaller or maybe even one size larger if that helps?

goodcents @mileenabctobe 5' 2.5". That half inch is important! I'm a 38d, but don't wear heels a lot due to back issues. But I live in maxis! Even though the u can be hard to find. Is it a chiffon type material?
