Deep "V" Blue Dress

This dress is simple and sexy. The deep V allows for com cleavage. I've wore this with a pair of dramatic earrings and wedges or sandals. There is a small white stain on the side of it. Almost looks like white paint. Not sure if it will come off. I dont think its easy to notice when wearing. Let me know if you have any questions!
