Pretty summer top with lots of flair. Deep V front, spaghetti string back, slightly padded bra. Made by Rhapsody. Size tag is missing, so measurements as follows: 15" across the chest; 6.75" arm opening; 13" is the shortest torso width; 22.25" from top shoulder to bottom hem. NEW never worn without tags.
