Deep V-Cut Ruffled Top, Black and Champagne White, Size 16. This is actually the upper portion of a gorgeous Jessica Howard brand cocktail dress that I had cut off to turn it from a dress into a top, so that I could wear it with pants or a skirt. I have lost weight so it doesn't fit me now. Approximate measurements: Pit to pit 22" Length: 23" No laundering instructions or fabric content tag.
