This dress is so cute! I washed it once but I’ve never worn it, because I’m not quite brave enough to rock the deep V-neck. -Waist measures appx. 12” across. -Light, breezy material. -Fully lined. (Lining stops a few inches short from the bottom of the dress.) In some lighting I think it looks black, but other times I think it looks very dark navy blue.
