An evening gown designed exclusively for a New Orleans boutique. Stunning strapless steel blue silk taffeta gown with ruffle detail at peplum that extends to the back of the dress. The silhouette is a slight mermaid cut. The gown is beautifully constructed with a boned corset bodice built in and adhesive dress trim at the top of the strapless bodice, all fully lined.
