NWOT. This is a deep blue velvet top by Dance & Marvel. Size Large. There are adjustable spaghetti straps, but the sleeves sit off the shoulder. There is shimmery black and silver fabric at the end of the sleeves. This is not fitted. Never worn. No damage.
