Deep red Nicole Miller dress

Nicole Miller size 2 a-line dress. Touching on left side of waist helps give form at waist in poly-spandex fabric and flowy when walking. Dress is off the shoulder but can be worn on shoulder because of elastic on top of 3/4 length sleeve which is rouched on each sleeve. Great to dress up with heels or wear with boots and denim jacket.
