Deep teal romper dress with brown fringe XS

Amazing romper dress in a deep teal blue color! Faux suede brown fringe lines the hem. Fits like a XS I believe... will add measurements shortly. Better if you're petite. I'm 5'7" and it's meant for someone shorter :/. Plunging neckline with a halter. Thick straps. Built in slip with shorts and bandeau. Sides, front and back are slightly open. I think this is originally a dance dress but it can work for everyday imo. Perfect condition. Inside straps to help it hang are broken but can be clipped.
