Deep v-neck jumpsuit with cross back

This jumpsuit has a deep V in the front, and fabric that crisscross is in the back. It is cinched a bit at the waist. And has wide leg and flowy legs. It has never been worn. I have a very small chest, and I could not fill the top of the romper with the deep V like someone who has more chest. Because of the material of this jumpsuit, I think it can easily be worn for a black tie event.
