Strapless** Top bust portion, has cross over fabric at neckline Flares out from waist This loops for belt or sash (could cut them off easily) Lined Side zip and eyehook Black background White flowers and swirls ** I think this dress had straps at one time. There is cut off inner loops (see third to last picture) Small mark on one of the flowers. I did not try to get it out. It may come out easily.
