This dress has a red base, with black lace overlay. Was too small for me to zip up, but I have a large rib cage. No stretch. I wouldn't consider this a 10. Def juniors sizing as a 9. 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors. I am most comfy in size 6-8 dresses.
