Delia’s Army Green Jacket Size L

I bought this back in 2012 and have worn it twice. It’s a large but fits more like a medium or a snug large. Measured flat - from shoulder to shoulder measures 16” across. From top of shoulder to bottom of waist measures 22”. Waist measures 17” across (flat).
