Delia’s Polka Dot Dress

Very cute Delias dress from 2008/9ish. White with royal blue, dime sized polka dots. Lined skirt, A-line with a squared neckline and zip back. The lining has a few loose threads and there’s a small stain on the front (see photos). Waist measures: 14.5” flat Skirt length from waist: 19” Full length of dress: 34”
